Refund policy

Order Returns

Our return policy is valid for 14 days and applies to online shopping only with valid receipt. If it has been more than 14 days since your order has been delivered, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Eligible Requirements

Your order item's must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, with original packaging tags and labels still attached. In order to complete your return, we require proof of receipt or shipping invoice dated no further than 30 days.
We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Exchanges and Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your returned order. At this time, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within the next 2-6 weeks. Please allow time for banks to process refund. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, and have already verified your bank account, please contact your credit card company, then your bank if needed. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

ONLY REGULAR PRICED ITEMS MAY BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED, SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES.

Issue with Order

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at RUNWAYSWIMWEAR@GMAIL.COM with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping Your Return Order

To return your product, mail your product to: Runway Swimwear, 301 Lincoln rd, Miami Beach, Florida 33139, United States

Please note we are not responsible for any applicable shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
