Shipping & Returns



Please allow 2-5 days for shipping and processing.

Exchanges allowed within 14 days of receipt in original condition with original tags in place. No refund will be issued. Exchange for merchandise or store credit only.

All customers must notify us by email at http://www.runwayswimwear.com within 14 days to receive a return authorization number which permits for authorization to exchange. No refund is permitted under any circumstances.

Returns received at our facility by mail with a return authorization number within 15-30 days of the shipment date are eligible for store credit or exchange only, less all shipping and handling charges. Customer is responsible for shipping fees on all exchanges and is required to provide a prepaid shipping label with tracking information to Runway Swimwear. To place an order using store credit you have on file please contact us directly at (305) 538-7970. Store credit cannot be used to make online purchases at this time.

Any item returned without a return authorization number will be refused. As the return package remains your responsibility until it is delivered to us, we recommend that you insure your return shipment or use methods of transport providing full tracking and delivery confirmation. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or tampered with, Runway Swimwear will not be liable for any costs associated with its recovery, replacement of its contents or the value of its contents.

Any return received in our store after 30 days of the original shipment date or without a return authorization number will be refused and no exchange or store credit will be permitted. The shipment date is the date the item being returned leaves our store. The shipment date is not the same as the purchase date. To find your shipment date, please refer to the tracking number associated with your order

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, that is attempting excessive exchanges. Any client doing excessive exchanges will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from Runway Swimwear.

Runway swimwear is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase. If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.

All international sales are final. No exceptions will be permitted.
